NARS girl

I'm officially off Mac cosmetics.  It was fun while it lasted.  After loyally buying and wearing Mac, I've switch teams and am now a faithful NARS girl.  If you aren't familiar with NARS, check it out.  Francois Nars, the French makeup artist, photographer and creative-genius behind NARS, is a visionary and his products have become modern cult classics.  Nars even still shoots the advertising campaigns for the company.  How cool is that?!

You can find NARS in Dallas at Nordstrom, but only at the Galleria location.  Ask for Gabe- he's the counter manager and last time I was in I got a hell of a makeover.  He even turned me on to liquid foundation after wearing powder for years.  I'm so pretty now!  :)

White Girl Problems

Do you all Twitter?  I tweet occasionally, I use Twitter more for breaking news, weather and celebrity meltdown/hookup/breakup news.  I was obviously the first to tell my office about the big break between the sexiest man alive, Ryan Reynolds and that one girl, ScarJo.

Back to Twitter, I follow a great feed called White Girl Problems.  This gal is hysterical.  She tweets about everything from shoes, to men to eating only on days that begin with T.  Check her out @whitegrlproblem

Mouse ears

I got super sick over Thanxgiving and spent some time recouping out in Plano with Rableman and Pattymac.  Last Friday night, Pattymac and I got out that old photo albums and relived the glory days in California.

Check out my sweet mouse ears.  I plan on scanning in some more old pics when I get myself a nice little scanner (anyone know of some good ones?) to hook up to the Mac.  There are actually lots of pics of me in these ears... playing dress up, watering the yard, they were basically a staple from ages 2-4.
